He'll mix some Dylan, Croce, and Denver, etc. into his predominantly story-based, gritty songs from Texas, Ol' Mexico and The Great Northwest. Even some original material to go with Townes Van Sant, Gene "The Boss Man" Autry, Slaid Cleaves and José Alfredo Jimenez, to name a few. Bring your pet armadillos to the show!

A Texas-born singer-songwriter, Dallas has thrived in big city music scenes including Denver, Vegas, Portland and can currently be seen touring around the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Dallas' music is currently featured on 99.1 FM - Portland Radio Project, 90.1 FM, Radio Hot Tub, and a variety of internet and college stations across the globe. His percussive and dynamic guitar playing combined with his unique spin on funk-inspired pop music will definitely make you want to groove along.
Tried and Blue is a three-piece Northwest Bluegrass stringband, featuring Nancy Limbaugh on mandolin, Jeff Limbaugh on upright bass, and guitar flat picker Jeff Rogell.

Songwriters, guitarists and vocalists J. Schlick and Dennis Morgan formed Johnny Dodds in Stevenson, Wa. in 2018. Morgan and Schlick have played together over the past 20 yrs., most notably with the irascible Love Skunks. Bass player Rob Barrick has been a fixture in the NW music scene not only as a bass player but also as a renowned bagpiper and owner of the recording studio Barbarrick Music. Drummer Mike Grodner lives in Mosier, Or. He is a highly accomplished player seen with numerous bands both big and small throughout the Gorge.
COUNTY LINE is a Columbia River Gorge-based trio playing an original mix of roots-rock and Americana music. The line-up includes Kerry Williams on mandolin and guitar, Jeremy Hadden on bass, and songwriter Matt Mesa on guitar. The band focuses on original songs with some fiery picking and harmony vocals. They are heavily influenced by such luminaries as Steve Earle, Guy Clark, Townes Van Zandt, John Prine, Son Volt, Wilco...well, you get the idea.
Mark McCormick is an active trumpet player in the PDX and Columbia Gorge areas. He plays in many styles including Jazz, Funk, Classical, Musical Theater and Historic Music settings. He is the Musical Leader of the Whiskey Flats Brass Band and former Associate Director of the Pacific Crest Wind Symphony and former Director of Bands in the Stevenson/Carson School district.Piano and trumpet, jazz standards and show tunes. Cary McFadden Buchanan was born in Portland but has not lived in Oregon all of his life, yet. He has been a professional garage band musician since high school.
He has performed for several years with the award winning group, Jelly Bean Jazz and several other bands in the Portland area.
McCormick-McFadden began performing together six years ago during their time in the Dream Fire Express 1940's show band. They will bring trumpet and piano to the Walking Man stage.
Jim Basnight will be playing songs from his eight unique CD's, including his latest "Not Changing". A versatile rocker, who's music has been released in 11 countries worldwide, Basnight will touch on blues, classic country and pop, as well as rock done surprisingly "rockin'" acoustic solo with his 12-string guitar. Jim has performed with, among others the Ramones, the Police, the Band, Billy Idol and members of REM, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Guns and Roses, Janes Addiction and the Monkees.
Megan performs a fresh collection of hits that span decades. Live sets include swing and country favorites plus driving original songs. Her classic voice and flat picking wows audiences all over the Pacific Northwest.
